Orange Julius

1 c milk
1 c water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 can frozen OJ (is that right? Maybe add a bit at a time to see if it tastes ok)
Ice cubes

Blend all and enjoy
