1 c. flour
1 heaping cup yellow cake mix
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 T sugar
2 T oil
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 eggs
2 cups milk
Mix all ingredients and place on a hot skillet until golden brown. Serve with glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T half & half
1/2 tsp almond extract
